REPORTS TO: Warehouse Leader

JOB SUMMARY:

Ensure the warehouse is running under state board regulations and internal company policies. Receive products in a timely manner and advise Operations when products are in-house. Manage inventory. Receive, enter, and file updated licenses for Hospital Pharmacies, Doctor’s, Retail Pharmacies, and Wholesalers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in development of pharmacy purchasing arrangements to procure Hard To Find (HTF) product
  • Includes visiting with independent pharmacies at their location
  • Inventory Management
  • Receive products
  • Ship products as directed by the Operations team
  • Conduct physical inventories twice a year
  • Process warehouse and customer product returns
  • Manage Temperature and humidity control in the warehouse
  • Report daily events (inventory received/shipped)
  • Keep current regarding federal and state regulatory issues
  • Manage operation expenses for maximum efficiencies and service

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES:

  • Self-starter – able to manage time wisely without constant supervision
  • Computer Literate (Microsoft Dynamics, Paylocity, Microsoft Word and Excel, SAP)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent follow-up skills with customers, and management.
  • Detail oriented
  • Well organized
  • Able to perform optimally with in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license & operational vehicle
  • Positive attitude / Team player

EDUCATION / PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • 3 years previous warehouse experience
  • Desire to continually expand existing knowledge base
