Account Manager

The Account manager acts as the primary point of contact for existing customers. The Account Manager’s core priority is addressing customer needs, inputting customer orders, and addressing customer concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships.

Duties/Responsibilities:

·      Maintains new and existing customer accounts, analyzing customer needs in terms of current business objectives, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.

·      Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management

·      Handle inbound calls, resolve issues/concerns with existing customers

·      Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.

·      Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.

·      Enter, update, and maintain pertinent data in database system to facilitate order entry and follow-up

·      Ensure customer licenses are up to date

·      Maintains records of customer interactions, with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.

·      Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ concerns and or any issues that may arise post-sale; where the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate personnel.

·      Collection calling on a daily basis

·      Managing each customers A/R aging

·      Performs other related duties as assigned.

·      Computer Literate (CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and related software)

·      Desire to continually expand existing knowledge base

 Education and Experience:

·      Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR

·      Previous experience in a high volume Inside Sales Department

·      Previous computer experience

·      Desire to continually expand existing knowledge base


Physical Requirements:

○     Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

○     Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
